I will be having a operation on Monday to realign my left leg
Today I am there to have my pre op
Nurses Jo C & Jo W are both very professional yet friendly making me feel at ease, it’s not everyday your surgeon explains the procedure with you. Cutting through my Tibia 95:% and my Femur 95%. Still if it fixes the problem and removes the horrendous pain I’m in, then I will be forevermore grateful to Prof Snow and staff at Droitwich Spa Hospital

I had knee replacement op November by Mr Malek. I was quite worried but all went well and the care and attention I received was marvellous. Food was also good however, unfortunately I was a little sick so could not enjoy as much as I would have liked. I had to stay in hospital an extra night but received the best care where they fully explained the reasons for this making me feel more comfortable. Aftercare with physio also brilliant with everything fully explained. Nothing was to much trouble. Special thanks to the nurse who had to take out a stray metal clip which had been missed by my local doctors. I was really worried but the was calming and removed the clip painlessly. All round a good experience of hospital life.

Just had a right knee replacement and my experience of all the staff and environment are outstanding. Everything is managed so professional and the staff are all absolute angels. They have time to make you feel relaxed, nothing is impossible for them, they provide such a professional service with such a friendly caring human touch. My total experience has been relaxing, rewarding due to a great environment.

Pre assessment team - My telephone assessment was done by Karen L who was a lovely lady and very informative. My blood test and practical assessment was done by Jo C who was super friendly and smiling on meeting me. Again, very informative and checked a couple of my concerns leaving me assured. Attended for a pre operation assessment recently and can honestly say that I had a excellent experience. No long wait super friendly and professional staff. JO C and Lorissa were just fantastic.
Super helpful too as I needed to change the proposed date for my operation. This was sorted without any issue.

A first class experience re all aspects of my hip replacement surgery . I was fully informed of all procedures and by day two was able to begin short walks . Very impressive attention to detail given by Mr Craig and all nursing colleagues . The very professional advice from Lucy in Physiotherapy highlighted those exercises that helped me to be walking with confidence just after several recovery weeks ,
I highly recommend this Hospital.

Fantastic hospital staff so friendly and Mr Reddy was great. Made me feel at ease it felt more like a hotel. Own room with Tv and great food and drinks.
