I have been registered at a different GP surgery and moved to Drayton Surgery a few years ago. I have received nothing but kindness both from the reception staff as well as the doctors and nurses. I have felt heard each time I have had a concern either regarding myself or my daughter. The team here can not do enough for you. If you are polite and understanding of how busy the surgery is you get this respect back. Wonderful staff, wonderful GP practice.

The rudest reception staff you could ever encounter. If you like being mocked down the phone and treated like an annoyance I would recommend giving them a call. I don’t know anyone who is particularly happy with anything about the surgery

Had the unpleasant experience of being seen, rather spoken at by nurse today, think I was dog mess, unprofessional damn right rude, disgusting and appalling. Hope sepsis doesn't set in fully

If this isn't the worst in the country, I'd hate to be registered with them. Appalling. The best you can hope for is to be misdiagnosed by a nurse. People will die early due to the poor standard of care.

This surgery is amazing! The receptionists are actually friendly and helpful, and the Drs are amazing they actually listen to you and take you seriously (even as a female lol) Sent in an econsult form, was booked straight in for bloods and ECG, booked straight in to the GP and an appointment at QA booked the very next day from the GP. Overall amazing!

We have recently moved to The Drayton Surgery from another and are so impressed with how efficient and personable the staff and Service is. From the friendly receptionist, whether in person or on the phone, the nurse or doctor, it has been seamless. I’ve managed to get an appointment for my list of ailments that I was unable to be seen about, previously, all in the space of a week. Highly recommend!

I've recently registered with this practice since moving into the area. The receptionist was first class. Straight to the the point and very helpful. Equally very approachable and funny. She guided me through the registration process and was honest with the time it would take to complete my registration. In fact, this was completed within 24 hours so first class considering our health service is swamped by the Covid pandemic.

I've also revieved the services this practice offers. Very impressive compaired to my previous practice.

It's easy to criticise when frustrated, we can all do this. I include myself. We have the most amazingly free health service in the world. Be proud because it may not always be around in years to come.
