I put repeat prescriptions in for my infant son as he has milk allergies and relies on special formula that needs ordering bearing in mind that was Monday came in Thursday to double check it would be ready as my son is almost out. lo and behold the repeat has not been processed having to panic and go on a search at difference pharmacy’s. No help or support is offered due to their short comings except attitude and snottyness

We registered with this practice in 2023 and I can honestly say, so far every interaction has been a positive one. Reasonably easy to get through on the phone, they do offer appointments within a sensible time frame and I have found all the clinicians and support staff to be diligent and professional. I had two appointments recently, for an ECG and blood test and was seen early/on time, treated with kindness and offered helpful information and encouraged to participate in making decisions about my health and care by Nurse Mandy Smith. Equally, the pharmacy seems to be well staffed and hardly have to queue there at all these days. As a family, we feel grateful to be able to access this surgery.

Well i have only just registered with this doctors as moved to the area and had the most annoying chest infection and breathing difficulties. once registered with their amazing reception team who went out of their way to help me. i was seen on the day by the most incredible Emergency doctor and then given a prescription to the chemist next door where everyone there was just as amazing. After 24 hours i felt amazing , thank you and glad to be registered with you .

I registered my daughter here last year. I've found them to be excellent. The onsite pharmacist was very reassuring and kind when I took my daughter with a rash. Another time the pharmacist told me that she needed eye drops but would need a prescription. It was almost closing time but I was still given a duty drs appointment less than 10 minutes later. I've now registered myself as I'm on maternity leave and no longer under military care - I've had a very positive experience. Friendly when registering and offered an appointment within the week.

Recently, I have had to use the surgery on a number of occasions both for myself and another family member. From start to finish, with each of the teams, we have been really impressed with their care and attention. The pharmacy is busy, like all pharmacies are, but they took time to give explainations when they were needed. Thank you to the whole Downland Team!!

This place has rapidly gone downhill past 3 yrs that i decided to leave.

I had to suffer for 20 yrs with fibromialgia without a diagnosis under Dr. J Cave.

Once again this mnth, i have been let down by the pharmacy and practice staff, as my meds list had not been processed ( that i sorted out personally with Nicky Agar) and they stated my re prescription order had gone missing? I wonder why?

Some of the pharmacy staff are awful, slow, incompetent and not trained or skilled in customer service.
I witnessed one pharmacy staff worker smoking out back when they had 20 or more mixed old and young irate customers queuing outside in the rain.

The social subscriber Nicky Agar, is also highly incompetent and needs a lot more training.
i have been let down by her several times, in that she makes false promises of assistance and then reneges on them. I strongly suspected prejudice from her.

They seem to go through staff like a hot knife through butter. Again makes you wonder why!
I hope i never have to deal with this surgery ever again. Good riddance.
