Very very good experience at the surgery for both me and my son. Quick appointments for my 4 month old son and never leave disappointed. The nurses were also lovely and patient when it came to his injections.

For myself, Dr Imran is always attentive and listens carefully to all my issues & I never leave without a solution. He takes the time to explain things or the issue presented and why it is happening.

Would definitely recommend the surgery.

I was seen promptly this morning by Dr Imran. He's extremely warm and attentive; I felt able to speak with him openly and have left the practice happy with the solution.
I've also had excellent experiences with the nurse who has given my 3 year old vaccinations in the past. Thank you 🙂

The doctors made contact with me and brought forward my telephone appointment by a week and then arranged a face to face appointment. As it non urgent. Next steps given and follow up in a few weeks. Happy with service and attention given so far

Contrary to the 1 star reviews I had an excellent experience at the Delamere Medical Practice, I was on hold for a short while and successfully booked an in person appointment. On my visit the staff were friendly and helpful and I my appointment was on time. Only draw back was that my appointment time was changed from 11am to 2pm on the morning but this was no problem for me

I don't even need to see a Dr, as Dr Imran has cured everything, just by reading the many many 'obviously coincidental' reviews on here, as to how amazing he is! I've never even met him, but by the power of his mind, he healed my broken leg overnight, my vision is restored, and I no longer suffer from clinical depression!!!?!!

Dr. Imran is the best doctor extremely humble, cooperative, and very helpful. He listens to patients' concerns very attentively. I always make it a point to request and book an appointment with Dr. Imran.

Awful GP centre. They introduced a footfall service which is extremely restrictive. You can only book your appointments between very specific time frames and even if you manage to book an appointment it takes at least 2 weeks before you can actually have it. If you miss your appointment by 5 minutes you have to rebook on the online service and wait another 2+ weeks. If you try calling them at any time in the day you’ll be at least caller number 10 but there’s no point in calling because you cannot book appointments over the phone. To add to this, when I’ve actually had appointments I’ve had to wait at least 10/15 minutes after my actual appointment time. During the appointments I’ve either been rushed or I’ve had to expect the doctors to know nothing and tell them exactly what I think my illness/condition is because they cannot seem to make diagnosis’ themselves.
