I cannot express enough thanks and gratitude to Grace and her business. I was desperate, having lost hearing in one year 20+ years ago to now find it impaired in my other ear was devastating. I knew I needed to get some micro suction and the main suppliers…specsavers, sightandsound, just ears and others had no availability for over a week. Found Grace and thought would email in hope she could find me an appointment in a reasonable timeframe. She did and after my enquiry she saw me the next day (I had been oiling for 5 days).
Her customer service, the way she explained what she could offer and what she did offer was absolutely first class. She is a hidden gem in Barnham. Look her up, get in touch and her prices were so reasonable. I was quoted up to £175 for some of these other ‘suppliers’. Stay local, call Grace. She will change your life…literally.

My partner had an appointment with her GP who said they couldn't do anything for her for 2 weeks due to needing to soften the wax in her ear which was blocked, swollen and painful! Grace was amazing and managed to get my partner in the same day in the last minutes of opening. Better yet she has resolved my partner's hearing issue which has been causing her discomfort for the last 4 days. She was quick, professional and so friendly. We cannot recommend her enough!

From the moment I entered the premises to the moment I left Grace was absolutely excellent. 10am appointment and we were going before then and I was out by 1015am, even though I had a 'challenging' ear issue! She was gentle, thorough, informative and makes sure you are comfortable at all times. The place was clean, masks were worn and I felt 'Covid secure'. I wasn't too sure what to expect and Grace was great, the service was great and what a huge relief it was to be able to hear again! Thank you so much, great stuff ?

Recently attended Cryo Clinic for ear micro suction. It was not particularly straightforward but Grace was excellent and my issue is now resolved. Very professional and patient. Very reasonably priced, particularly in comparison to some other practices. I would highly recommend and I will certainly be using Cryo Clinic again, thank you.

After 6weeks of having problems with my ear with pain and loss of hearing, doctors refusing to see me and recommending different ear drops which didn't help untill I was recommended to grace and her services of micro suction. I had compact build up of wax deep in the ear canal, She was friendly professional and patient was over very quickly and painlessly, instant results. covid secure and hygienic.
