My appointment was once cancelled without notice - I was only made aware when I got there.

Also understaffed and make you hold on the phone for ridiculous amounts of time, once you get an appointment it's bound be be at least 20 minutes delayed anyway.

My injury was disregarded just to move things along faster.

Absolutely disgusting service from the receptionist not answering the phone for over an hour with only one person in the queue. The doctor that refused to come out that was busy with a patient called immediately after walking out the door. He also had absolutely no clue what he was talking about. Didn’t know what had been prescribed or what the original problem was. Absolutely awful place should be closed down. Waste of NHS money

Absolutely terrible surgery. Can never get an appointment. Phone lines are always engaged or queue full. Fit notes take days to arrive, or no update on that I needed a review! Have now changed surgeries because my care is important to me and believe this surgery is over run with no evidence of it getting better anytime soon!

If it were possible to give a zero score I would give it a zero. I called 83 times starting from 8:00. On my 86th call, they answered at 9:30 and scolded me by saying that if you call at this hour, you won't be able to find an appointment. I haven't been able to take my medicine for a week. If I have any health problems, it's your responsibility.

Called this morning my 1st personal experience... called 6 times to get on to the 15 person waiting list... another 30 min wait all the way down to number 1... then hung up on. So no appointment and contemplating just leaving my health aside. "It'll be alright" and i'm not the type to call in for much.

This surgery is unfortunately not fit for purpose - my parents are both quite frail and rely on this surgery for their care, they constantly have to deal with rudeness from staff, impossibility of getting appointments, they were recently told to book online and the app never has availability for appointments, it's a joke. The management really should resign and let competent people take over

Can only arrange appointments via telephone as far as I understand. Line opens at 08:00 and within the minute the call queue is full. Any other calls for new appointments while the call queue is full get rejected. This means that the appointments are triaged primarily on who has the fastest finger rather than putting needs first. To add to this frustration, today I got to the front of the queue after more than 30 minutes waiting and the call got cut off. Surely there’s a better way?
