My husband and I have just spent our honeymoon at this lovely hotel. We were made to feel so special by all the staff and after our wonderful village wedding on the Friday it was the icing on the cake. We will certainly treasure special memories of our time spent here.
Views from our room were spectacular. A cream tea on our arrival was delicious. Wonderful evening meals and a great choice at breakfast. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly.
We will definitely be back.

Fantastic hotel
My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary.
We stayed in one of the new Premier rooms 135 and it was perfect.
Amazing views, large room and balcony.
We booked for dinner, bed and breakfast and the food was delicious. The 5 course evening meal menu changed daily and offered a wide variety of dishes cooked to perfection.
A friend recommended us to this hotel and we will be doing the same.
All staff were friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble.
So rare to find a hotel that is offering the whole package.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at The Cottage Hotel. We cannot fault the hotel. All staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel and rooms were all super clean. The food was delicious with plenty of variety every day. Very dog friendly hotel with areas for you to relax with your dog, and other areas which are dog free zones. Highly recommended and we have booked to return in December.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay in the Cottage Hotel. The hotel is in an idyllic situation with wide reaching views of the village, it's beaches and further along the coast. From arrival to departure the hotel owner, the manager and all staff were most helpful and welcoming, ensuring that we had wonderful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast and would recommend booking for dinner, which was beautifully cooked and presented, with a choice of dishes to satisfy all guests. We hope to return!

Many thanks to Neil, William and Sarah and all The Cottage Hotel team for such a wonderful eleven nights' stay. The service in the dining room was brilliant, with an excellent choice of menu for breakfast and dinner. Our room was so comfortable, with panoramic sea views. We highly recommend The Cottage Hotel for the perfect holiday, being in an amazing location and great for both relaxing and walking the stunning coastal paths. We look forward to returning next year. We celebrated our ruby wedding with a short stay at the Cottage Hotel. |A delightful room with stunning views over Hope Cove and the staff, who were all so polite and helpful, had dressed the room for us and arranged flowers which I had pre-ordered. It was a perfect weekend and very relaxing. Breakfast and dinner were served in the dining room, also with stunning views of the cove. We have been visiting the hotel for 16 years and come at least twice a year. Every time is better than the last. Service is amazing as is the quality of the food and the hotel. A real Gem that you have to visit. The views are breathtaking taking. Nothing is too much trouble

Another amazing visit, we love it here and this will be our 12th visit. The meals are always delicious, the staff are welcoming and attentive. The accommodation is very well appointed and always clean. We could not recommend it enough!
