Cannot fault the care and treatment at this practice. All the staff are so kind and caring, receptionists, nurses and doctors alike... you can tell there is a culture of care and compassion throughout. They always try their absolute best to help their patients and often go above and beyond. I really cannot understand the bad reviews on here, my experience of this practice has been nothing but positive and I would recommend them to anyone.

I love the new phone service, I used to have to wait in a long queue not any more. Whenever I ring I always receive a brilliant service, thank you reception and admin team you are fab! I always get an appropriate appointment when I need one. The doctors and nurses are also brilliant. It's great to have a whole team who actually care about you. Thank you so much

Never had a problem getting an appointment here and always been on time give or take a few minutes. I dont frequent too often thankfully. I assume the negative reviews are from the weekly hypochondriacs. Best Surgery around

Having reached a quite mature age and having experienced a few medical practices over the years, I have nothing but admiration for ALL the staff at the Rhyddings Practice. They are outstanding in all they do for us. Patients need to show patience in these demanding times.

Rang 20 times and the phone just rang and rang until it rang out. When I eventually got an answer, the woman on reception sounded like I’d just woken her up. Have messed up multiple prescriptions, not sending them to the right place etc. Asked for a fit note (to be sent electronically), and they told me it was available for collection. Will definitely be putting in a formal complaint about this place. Highly suggest finding yourself a new doctors surgery. Props to Dr Patel though, who is without a doubt, the only person who gets things done

I wouldn't even give 1 star, if only had the option for zero star. Absolute joke of a surgery, they couldnt care less, agree with review prior to mine, animals get more care then this. Keep telling you to come back after 3 weeks, they dont care to diagnose the issue or problem, they only care about pain relief of symptoms. The receptionists look like a miserable old bunch, one of the female receptionists is very rude, the lot look drugged up. When you call the practice the receptionists try to diagnose you prior to you even booking an appointment and ask you what's the problem? Didnt know receptionists got promotion to being a GP who can offer medical advice when booking appointments, maybe this is the cheapest option for the surgery? Hence they never ever will refer a patient for a scan, or to the hospital, only when they realise you're probably dying then they might do. Couldnt give a toss about patients, only care about their budget. Seems as though the doctor who owns the practice just wants to line his pockets rather than provide patients with care they have every right to. If you wanna die and wait for 2 years for a diagnosis then go to this surgery, I recommend it highly for that. . Absolute disgrace. God forgive them.
