The staff are so friendly and it’s a lovely little shop but I’ve given 4* as I’ve noticed a lot of empty shelves when I’ve gone in there lately. Fridges and freezers all stocked but it tends to be the sweets and biscuits that look a little empty. There’s a cash point here as well!

Staff member a lady was reducing merchandise today 19/04 at 14.45 and I asked her if I could help myself. She abruptly told me it was for herself and I could only take 1 pack of chicken. She had about 4 packets There was also sausages and I asked for one and she said no it’s for me. As a loyal customer to co op I do not think this is fair.There was also other stuff in her trolley she was reducing all for her. What good is it to reduce merchandise if us the customer can not benefit.

I had been treated quite poorly from a nearby Spar shop regarding a parcel which they refused to take and they told me to take it to Co op. This led me to telephone Co op Ladygrove to ask if they would take it. Upon speaking with Paula, she was so kind and without hesitation said "bring it along, I'll take it for you" so I did. When I arrived the customer service level I received from all staff was absolutely unique, Paula was extremely helpful, polite and sympathetic towards me for the way I had been treated at the Spar store. Thank you Paula 🙂

The self service tills are rubbish!
They don't scan the membership card if it's on your phone, it's easy to double scan an item and the staff are so busy it's hard to get help

Minuscule section for fruit and veg, and 3 aisles of what can only be described as junk.

Tickets are often wrong or you get charged the incorrect price at the till. Nobody gives a f**k staff wise, and its treated like drop in centre.

It hardly ever has what you need in stock and normally results in a trip to Sainsburys.

The funny thing is, you'll find the same produce out of stock time and time again, and the same thing on clearance time and time again. It's like whoever's is running the place has no idea about stock control or supply/demand. Clueless.

Wine fridges have no doors so wine is warm. One particular female staff was extremely rude and shouted at me when I was asking the guy who was serving me a question. Much prefer the Broadway store.

Never seem to have anything in that we need. If you ask it is always the same answer waiting for a delivery which never seems to turn up. As gone downhill
