I done online consultation for postnatal check up as I had some health complications related to pregnancy for review and they said they will respond in a day. I waited for a week as I knew it’s busy as am a health care staff. After a week I called them and said about this and they told they are going to call me next day so take my phone wherever I go and they never call me back. Now my symptoms are getting worsened where I have to consider calling 111 or going to ed which have easily avoided if gp responded properly.

Appalling!
I booked an appointment on December 3rd 2024 as I was in excruciating pain, only to get a PHONE appointment on JANUARY 9th 2025!
I said, (ironically intended) that I could evne die in between.
Answer: If you "feel" you are dying call 999, we are not an emergency service.
I'd say you're no service AT ALL: they put us, THEIR PATIENTS in the position to jam A&E and other first aid structures because when in need of even something small as a prescription they simply deny us the minimum standard assistance! NHS is collapsing thanks to practices like this... These practices are a disgrace! Shame on them!

After what I read in Kent online about this patient who should come to change his bandage, I won't be bothered to choose this practice at all.
I'm really sorry that there are people who are not able to do this job accurately and they are there because they don't know what to do. At least you should go to appointments schedule and said something like "really sorry but next appointment is...." Or "I understand that, maybe I can squeeze you in for 5 minutes somewhere for nurse to check on you". Bit dismissive people. Take money and sit on .... pretending to work.
If you are not interested in helping your patients, stay home and do/find different job.

The doctor at this practice owns the freehold on my building, and he does not support with building issues, such as unauthorised parking and lease enforcements (breaches to contracts). The attempts are half-hearted, and he often ignores me. He should know better, as a doctor, about the stress and mental health struggles this puts me through. All I want is him to do what is right and what the contract says. You can commit an injustice by doing nothing. Is this the sort of support you want from your doctor? A doctor completely indifferent to the stresses people go through. And, I pay him every month, on time, for building charges. I doubt he is interest in helping those that have the NHS pay for their care. He probably lives comfortably in a nice house while you struggle for answers and help and courtesy. I'm very sorry to write such a review: the truth hurts.

DO NOT REGISTER HERE.

This place can, and will mess up your repeat prescriptions. They will tell you an appointment is on a day only to not give you a time. They will recommend something in an appointment, only to let you know through a TEXT MESSAGE that they've changed their mind mere days later, and suddenly you're left back at square one. Yes this happened to me, and yes, I am annoyed at it. Like how does this even happen?

You will inevitably end up registering somewhere else, and complaining to the CQC about the care you received here, because this place is utterly incompetent and absolutely deserves its poor reputation. Rather than go through this ordeal, do yourself a favour! Sign up somewhere else.

I signed up here online without looking at the google reviews when I got home from uni because I needed to see a local GP, and couldn't register at my old practice. Didn't think it could be quite that bad right? NOPE. It absolutely is and even though I am signing up to a new GP practice, I am still looking forward to the day this place gets a nice investigation.

I'm not one to usually make google reviews but honestly the level of utterly terrible care I have received from this dump compels me to at least do something, however small, to make sure no-one else goes through anything similar. Terrible, terrible GP practice.

Back again and currently been on hold for 94 mins and no answer. Trying to avoid putting strain onto A&E (and then 3+ hour wait for me) but I dont have the time to wait this long. Did what I thought was the right thing and went through 111 (answered within 10 mins and referred to Enhanced Pharmacy care) and Enhanced Pharmacy care proactively rang me within 20 mins of referral and advised I need to go thru Dr's and get a referral for an X Ray and they would pass on referral and to ring after a 10 mins break. 97 mins later still on hold and position 8 in queue......

Would love to see a response from practice and an explanation as to why it continues to be virtually impossible to get into contact with the practice unless actually go in person.

This place is a joke.. Especially some of the receptionists. Not all but they should hire more experienced receptionist who isn't rude and doing their job with respect and interest. I had a phone call appointment, I got a text message with a link to book my blood test, it isn't worked and I gone down to the College practice and the lady just just told me no appointments we are full come back next week. I asked if seriously there is no appointment for the rest of year She not even bothered to look into it.. Not even bothered to let me know politely, just straight away into my face without any expression. I am going report this GP somewhere higher!!

Don’t bother registering with this surgery, they are a nightmare to get hold of at any time. You get to the front of the queue to be disconnected constantly even if you wait for the call back when at the front of the queue, so you have to wait all over again. This surgery needs a complete overhaul of its services and systems.
