Lyndsey really helped with my various aches and pains especially my tight left hip and neck pain. I love her Pilates classes too! Friendly and knowledgeable, she is always furthering her learning about the body and how it works. I would recommend her wholeheartedly.

MASSAGE: We moved to Selsey last year and first went to Lyndsey when we were in need of a good massage - and it was really good! We had both been missing the regular massages we had in our old home town, prior to moving here, and are happy to have found her!
PILATES: I had also been missing my old Pilates classes and am now enjoying those at The Coastal Clinic. This little studio is a real gem and Lyndsey really knows her stuff!

I highly recommend the coastal clinic , Lyndsey is Amazing . I started to see Lyndsey when marathon training & getting lower back pain on my longer runs also my calf’s were very tight . I could feel the difference immediately & have not had any back pain at all since . Lyndsey really knows her stuff I wouldn’t see anyone else now . She’s also a lovely friendly lady ?

Fantastic sports deep tissue massage. Lyndsey takes the time to work with you to find out what you need and then gets to work on you! Excellent service, located upstairs in dream fitness. Thoroughly recommend!

First appointment with Lyndsey today , was so good to get some answers about my knees , finally !! She gave me more advice on how to treat and look after my knees , how to deal with the problem more than my doctor ? so totally helpfully and I will be going back regular , as the massage was so good ? lyndsey found the right spots in my legs which has been affecting my knees big time . So she tape them up to see if it helps . Can’t believe how much better I feel with this help and listerning to me .
