What a lovely experience!

My husband booked my appointment and his response after coming off the phone was "well that was easy".

The staff and clinic were just so amazing, really helpful and so accommodating.

I called to ask if they could take a blood sample from my baby for the NHS lab . Even though my request was a little unusual, they took the time to listen & keen to help me with the request, It’s not easy to find private clinics that are flexible and supportive when it comes to children’s care, so I really appreciated their willingness to help
The admin /receptionist team were super helpful & friendly .
Brigitte the nurse was amazing — so kind, patient, and reassuring with my little one. They made the whole experience much less stressful. Highly recommend!

Dr Neshat and team were so lovely. She asked lots of questions and did lots of checks, ordered tests etc. The clinic and staff were welcoming and chatty which made us feel at ease. We were not rushed...everything was just great and would 100% recommend!

I’ve visited The Clinica a few times for my son’s blood tests. He has special needs and struggles with anxiety, so these visits are often challenging—but the team has consistently made us feel cared for from the moment we walk in.

From the admin staff to the clinical professionals, everyone goes out of their way to create a welcoming and reassuring environment. They were outstanding with my son, helping him remain calm and comfortable throughout.

The Nurse Brigitte, is exceptionally skilled phlebotomist and compassionate. With her, you truly feel you’re in safe hands. Dr. Williams is both friendly and incredibly knowledgeable—a fantastic GP who instantly puts you at ease. Dr. Giulia Maria Leoni Sceti, the clinic’s owner, made a point of being present during every visit, personally assisting in holding my son to ensure the procedure went as smoothly as possible.

Overall, our experience has been wonderful. The Clinica’s team is exceptional, and I’m deeply grateful for the care and kindness they've shown.

Really outstanding clinic. From our first contact the staff were very helpful and informative. On arrival staff were friendly and professional. The clinic is immaculate. The communication/response time was impressive. My son’s appointment was at 2.30pm Fri and our results were emailed before 7am Saturday. Follow up emails were also responded to straight away. Would highly recommend.
