I really appreciate the kind attention and the friendly service of the lady who received me. I don't remember her name, but she was very kind. Congratulations for such nice treatment. The doctor was also very attentive, but perhaps because of the language difference we were unable to understand each other well and I forgot to tell him that I ate shrimp that my husband cooked, which I think I shouldn't have eaten because of my health situation. They made me sick because I was watching my diet, possibly that's why I had diarrhea. I just hope to receive the doctor's diagnosis so that he can tell me what he found in the examination he did on me. Greetings. Thank you. Caridad Navarro

So pleased with the results from my Morpheus 8 face and neck treatment! I noticed the difference straight away and can see improvements every day as my skin is rejuvenating. I had a US-guided large joint injection today with Dr. Ravi Ayer at Clinic 78. He was amazing—calm, kind, and explained everything thoroughly. The injection was gentle and nearly painless, and I felt immediate relief in my frozen shoulder. While I’m waiting to see the full results, I’m already noticing improved movement.

The clinic is clean, welcoming, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received and highly recommend Dr. Ayer.

Lovely premises, and a warm, smiling welcome from the front desk. The consultant was very efficient, whilst still being calming and informative. Well worth my time and cost, as he caught a lump early.
Just beware the difficulties of parking; I had to go round the block a couple of times before finding the car park - but then it was easy.

Amazing. I went here as my GP and all NHS ‘specialists’ weren’t listening to me. Saw Dr Monks at Clinic 78 and she immediately validated my symptoms and what I knew was going on with my body. Gave me some much needed help and advice, without feeling rushed as you do at the GP.

Excellent experience for a second time at the clinic. Simple appointment booking system. Transparent website regarding prices, services, appointment availability etc. Very good communication with the reception team in the lead up to my appointment. Pleasant and calming waiting area. Very happy with my two consultations with Dr Emily Monks. She carefully listened to my concerns and we had a full discussion about the way forward and options.
