No complaints about the appointments, my partner's treatment has been great, but my complaint is that there is no nappy change in any of the toilets. In the ladies there is beds etc stored, and plenty of room for one to be put, but I had to change my son on the cold floor. It's an NHS centre where families go for appointments, you wouldn't think you'd have no where to change a nappy.

How is it possible that a physiotherapist at a meeting where he is trying to help me with my broken knee did not see my MRI scan which was done especially for him? Why is he trying to talk to me and give me any instructions? Very poor and completely amateurish.

Great physiotherapists, I’ve seen two, I was treated by a lady who tried to help me with my lower back pain. After a few months it didn’t approve so I was referred to a Dr, he checked me out and sent me for an MRI, had my appointment less than two weeks later. They’re great!

Not that impressed, sorry but one of those typical NHS funded, spur establishments where the staff didn't seem that motivated. I felt a bit of an inconvenience.

Fantastic place only down side is if you have to catch a bus. Then it's a long long walk from the bus stop

Waited ages for my appointment which fair enough that's the waiting time, then my appointment is 8.30 am I turn up several people go in before me who's turned up late, at this point I thought they was running behind. Then realised something weren't right half hour later so went up to reception desk and usage what's going on with my appointment she takes another 5 mins just to turn around to say something happened with one of the patients which is fair enough but noone came over to say anything or make an attempt to see me later. I also didn't hear the reception phone at all while was there to notify any other patients of this, now have to wait another month, just feel like the communication was lacking and I didn't matter,
