When I first started with Genovieve, it was hard to open up, over the course of the sessions I was made to feel very comfortable and built up a relationship. This made it easier for me to open up and share worries and feelings.

I have come out of therapy seeing life with a different view, Genovieve has shown me many strategies and techniques followed by survival techniques that I can go in and out of, making me able to leave the house and starting to regain my life.

Anxiety is not my best friend anymore.

Genovieve is a highly qualified and experienced counsellor and life coach. She uses her knowledge and experience to walk by your side helping you to see yourself and your situation more clearly. She is insightful understanding and compassionate in her approach. Genovieve has helped me keep going and given me the confidence to be able to reach my full potential even when life circumstances have been difficult. I have never felt judged in any way and I have always felt understood and heard.
I would highly recommend Genovieve as she really cares about her clients well being, physically, mentally and spiritually.

I've been going to Genovieve for physocotherapy for almost 18 months, the change I see in myself has been huge and great to see. Genovieve has provided me with a safe space each session to allow me to open up and deal with my 30+ years of built up trauma, through EMDR. I have had trust issues for as long as I can remember, but building complete trust with Genovieve has we've worked through the sessions has helped me to expand that to others and open up daily interactions, experiences and even career progression. I'm a totally different person since I started visiting her and that's thanks to being able to work through my trauma at my pace with Genovieve's guidance support and care. I really can't thank her enough for getting me this far and I look forward to seeing new changes come. If you're looking for support I can't recommend Genovieve enough.

Genovieve is helping me with my anxiety and fear of flying.
Genovieve has a great way of connecting with me. She took her time to build my trust in her. I thought counselling was a ‘big people’ thing and I was not sure it would be helpful. Genovieve made our sessions fun to start with and patiently guided me to open up and have difficult conversations. I feel ‘safe’ with Genovieve. I trust that she understands and respects the fact that I am a child. We have fun and laugh a lot whilst actually addressing my issues. I always look forward to our sessions.

Before I met Genovieve, I was lost and didn't know how to navigate through life because of the things that I had been through.
I have been seeing Genovieve for a few years now and I couldn't imagine anyone else helping me in my healing journey. Genovieve makes me feel calm and relaxed which puts me at ease when talking about things that are challenging for me. I now feel differently about the things that happened to me and although some days can be harder than others, I know that Genovieve will be there to guide me through the problems I am facing. Genovieve goes above and beyond to help her clients and no problem seems to be too big for her to help you feel differently about the things that have happened to you. I would recommend Genovieve to anyone else who feels the same way I did before I found Genovieve.
