Highly recommend! My son had been going to Luis for almost 7 years. Though he has always had a hard time opening up to people, he instantly felt very comfortable with him after his first session. He always listened with sincerity when my son (and even myself) spoke and allowed him to express himself without judgement. Luis helped him open up and speak about very painful moments in his life and enabled him to not only understand that it was ok to feel the way he did, but also taught him ways/tools to deal with his anxiety, push through his depression and take control when starting to feel an episode building up. By talking through things with Luis, he has been able to push forward emotionally, as well as physically and take each day, one day at a time. I have also had the pleasure of being able to have family sessions with my son during some really hard times. Luis took the time to sit with us and calmly talk things through, helping us understand each other's point of view and the steps necessary for us to be able to communicate and work through situations together in the future. Finally, my son has reached a point in his life where he feels he's been given the tools he needs and is now strong enough to step out on his own and say goodbye to someone he truly admires, Luis. Both my son and myself are grateful beyond words for all he has done for him as an individual as well as us, as a family. If my son ever needed therapy in the future, I would 100%, without a doubt, reach out to Luis.. But I can say with confidence, he's helped my son so much that, that was probably his final goodbye. I’ve been to other therapist but Louis is the best therapist I’ve ever had. He is very passionate about his work and he truly wants to see his clients succeed. He is very knowledgeable about his field. Both my son and I have seen him and he has helped us through so much. Would definitely recommend him.

Luis Martinez has been my therapist for a year and I honestly cannot imagine myself with any other therapist. I first walked into his office when I was 19 years old. During this time I was going through a rough patch in my life where I felt as if I could not rescue my own self from my struggles of life. I had weekly counseling where we would talk about all my worries and woes that I had going on in my life. Luis was very understanding, an amazing listener, very patient, and honestly the list goes on. One thing I want to say is that while I am young and I of course have not met every single person in the world what I want to say is that Luis Martinez is one of the most amazing man I have ever met. I have nothing but the upmost respect for him and everything that he stands for. I have never met someone who has such away of words and care for his clients. I truly believe in my heart that whoever is going through anything big or small, if you give Luis the time and energy he will help you make sense of whatever it is you are going through. The life that I have right now and the mindset I carry on my day to day is in my opinion there because of Luis. Without his guidance I do not know where I would be at truly.
