Mixed options on this practice. They have been very efficient at getting an appointment either at carepoint or elsewhere when my kids have been unwell. Not as impressed for myself. The practice requested I had blood and faecal tests following abdominal pain. Some of the results came back off the scale and commented a discussion, but i didn’t recieve a single call regarding this from the gp or practice. It’s left for the patient to follow up poor service.
Patches online is hit and miss, often the service is unavailable due to staff shortages or increased demand, even first thing in the morning.

The last government said that practices should stop making patients phone for an appointment at 0800hrs. And should be able to phone at anytime. This practice still operates early morning calls only. They need to update their practices.
I had 3 phone consultations and sent in photographs which culminated in a totally wrong diagnosis. Totally unacceptable.

Every time I’ve needed an appointment the practise is fast and effective at sorting out an appointment. I’ve always managed to get same day appointments and quick responses. Great GP 👍🏻

We have been with this practice for more than five years. Earlier on we found the service lacking however in the last two years they have improved a lot. Their care for children is very good and we always manage to get an appointment when our daughter is sick. And the doctors we have seen take time to understand our concerns.

Poor, unconcerned practice. Couldn't book in for cervical smear, couldn't see a GP unless I had an "injury" (if I had an injury I would be visiting the MIU or A&E, wouldn't I?), wouldn't give me an appointment for menopause symptoms, no follow-up treatment or advice following diagnosis from hospital colonoscopy. This practice has been my doctor's surgery for 12 years and has been as good as useless throughout. The best treatment I had here was from a locum. I have taken myself off their books today, as enough is enough.

Worst GP ever!! They just can be sorry after listening to the complain but do nothing. The management overall hasn't got any clue of whats going on and no interest of solving problem unfortunately! Would not recommend if you children with special needs.

The Receptionist and Dr went out of their way to help me with an antibiotics prescription for an infected bite while I was away on afternoon of 29th Aug and I am extremely grateful to them both and to Carepoint. The Receptionist, who I have spoken to several times before, is always so friendly and helpful.
