Just looking at other reviews for this company - some of the names are staff who work there - falsely writing reviews on google.
I would say this is not a very good care company, when they cancelled our contract leaving an elderly man without any care. The staff don't do as they are told - rush the job and leave and then get paid for the full time. One or two staff are outstanding but that is it. Staff would not do expected jobs, especially as they were male and thought its a womans job, and sometimes would say that is not in our contract when it is. Its like, these certain staff want to pick and choose jobs that they want to do. Also certain staff in the office are rude and terrible at doing their job, and communication is terrible.. Would never use again....and advise others not to use either.

Excellent care by majority of the workers but 1 in particular has taken very very good care of my father. Jahan takes time to understand him and he works effortlessly to help him and keep him at ease. Now my father looks forward to seeing him every day. He is hard working and caring above and beyond what I thought was possible. Thank you so much for your care

The care company plus ltd. in Manchester have been providing care to my father who has dementia. In the past we have always found it difficult to find an agency which is reliable and who can provide the same carer each day. The care company plus have always been reliable and my father really enjoys Parth's company. Moreover their coordinating staff and the manager Zainab they are extremely cooperative, would definitely recommend their services. Excellent work
