I have been a patient for two years, but I was in the practice for the first time today and I am very positively surprised that nowadays there is such nice service and they make a sick person forget about the pain. The doctor who examined me really approached the problem professionally. I recommend this GP clinic to everyone.

My partner is suffering with serious anxiety, he's getting tested for adhd, it's basically ruining his life, he spoke to Dr lockwood and basically got fobbed off yet again buy her , no help whats so ever from her, I've had problems myself with this doctor my chest was literally weasing and crackling and she wouldn't prescribe me any anti bionics this has caused me to still have chest pains 6 months later... but other doctors are perfect couldn't wish for better, really helpful and kind .

As a surgery it's alright. Reasonably efficient. My main gripe is the notice that states if I'm five minutes late for an appointment the receptionist will have to ask the doctor if it can still go ahead. If I’m 10 minutes late for an appointment, the appointment will be cancelled. I find this very frustrating especially as when I turn up five minutes early for my appointment. I’m always a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes late getting in to see the doctor. Surely that should be a two-way thing if I’m 10 minutes late and I cancel my appointment. How come the doctors are allowed to be 10 minutes late this also means that if the doctors are running late, they’ve got plenty of time to still see you . this also means that if the doctors are running late, they’ve got plenty of time to still see you.

Credit wear credit is due.
This practice is well run, organised. I never have to wait long for an appt ( I don’t have the expectation that I should get one that day on demand- too many people to expect this).
Reception pleasant and on the whole helpful.
This has been throughout the pandemic also.
Thank you all at burns practice. Only good to say and also same for my daughter.

I've been with the practice from a very early age with only a brief break to a different practice when I lived elsewhere in the country. I find the care very good across the board. The new partners I think have been carefully picked by the outgoing partners to maintain the high standard.

Registered here previously had 3 different doctors, best place I've ever had my last doctors was horrible to me and really unsupportive but these people words can't describe it. Obviously being a doctors they're going to be rushy on the phones but that don't make them rude it just makes them busy and working.
