Very impressed when I first signed up how easy it was to become a patient and that within two weeks they booked me in for a needed smear test. They also send texts with videos to check in with patients and offer advice. My one complaint is about the nightmare of an online booking system recently. The links keep sending me in circles so ended up phoning and waiting over 15 minutes to get through to a human, and this is someone quite familiar with using things online, so God forbid someone less tech savvy attempted it. Could do with updating and simplifying the website.

The last few months it has been impossible to get an appointment. It used to be bad , but since around Christmas the AskMyGP system just takes you round in circles and doesn't let you request an appointment or submit a message. I had an ultrasound scan before Christmas and I still haven't heard anything about the result from my doctor, despite getting called back to the ultrasound clinic for a second scan. I'm still left not knowing if I have something wrong. I was put on medication for heavy bleeding and it ran out and it wasn't put on repeat so I can't get more since the online system only allows you to request items which are on repeat so now I'm really stuck and so I can't say that this is a good doctors surgery. I've had mainly bad experiences and will try to change asap

Great service today. I was given a same-day appointment within an hour of requesting one.
They have had many more ups than downs over the 62 years that I've been registered there, and even when I've left the area, I kept my registration with Brooke Surgery...shhh, don't tell anyone!!!

Would not recommend this doctors surgery at all! They are so useless. They either mis diagnose things or tell you your results have come back normal and then you find out at a later date from a different doctor that they have reffered you to that things did actually come up and it wasnt normal and its a concern. They give you a time that they will ring you for a telephone appointment but still havent rang half an hour later so you then have to chase them up yourself. If us as patients are 10 mins late to an appointment in the surgery they sometimes wont see you but its okay for them to be half an hour late for a telephone appointment, its absolutely absurd! I am currently having investigatory work done and they are just taking the mick with it. Don't get me wrong there are a few decent doctors at this surgery but for the most part they cant be bothered to do their job and don't care about their patients!

The Brooke Surgery are a terrible doctors recently, they have blocked their online services and don’t even answer the phone. Considering I moved to this doctor’s from another that was also terrible, quite amusing that they are continuing to get new patients added but can’t assist the current ones. I would not recommend this doctor’s surgery.

This is the best practice I've been signed up with. I'm an out of area patient but joined because of patient satisfaction scores and traveling over is definitely worth it. Notably, there's a really pleasant reception team who are always happy to help. Some improvements in communication would be helpful, however my overall experience of this surgery is extremely good.

Excellent I try and use ask my gp where possible. For Medication not on repeat prescription so a phone conversation was required and I received this promptly the following day and the conversation was really helpful efficient. Best in the area!
