My whole family needed an Immigration Medical and the friendly staff were very accommodating and helpful from the first phone call to the actual medicals and follow-ups. Dr. Moaz made everyone feel very comfortable.

The staff was really friendly, supportive, very welcoming and professional. The service was so quick, very efficient and accomodative. My highlight for the day of my appointment was Dr Moiz's approach to her assessment which was second to none. The way she interacted with me throughout the assessment made me calm and less anxious. She was so patient, caring, excellent communication, good listener, attentive and her professionalism was above and beyond. Thank you to everyone who attended to me.

Super friendly nurse team, super friendly people on reception when I went to the wrong door and an excellent blood test which was over before I realised had even begun.

Fantastic from start to finish of my immigration health check. Everyone I encountered, from the nurse, receptionist, to the patients and doctors, were all so lovely! Not had a good chat in the waiting room or to staff like that before in a healthcare setting. Very thorough and following protocol. I drove a fair distance for my appointment and happened to be early, they even let me be seen sooner as I had phoned to let them know!!!! Didn’t expect that! The Dr was wonderful and I just hope and hope and hope, that I’m granted my visa now! They made a daunting process feel ok- even after a stressful journey there!

Karen and all the staff at the Bridge Clinic were incredibly helpful and supportive when helping me with my health check as part of my application for a visa into Australia. For anyone looking for a health check as part of their immigration process, I strongly recommend Karen and the team. What a great team of medical professionals reception, nurse, xray , doctor ... I really do get anxious in a medical situation sweating like I've just done a half marathon, the calmness of all the staff and there bedside manner was excellent Dr moiz was so patient with me even though I was the patient ? I wish she was my GP . Karen T is a star she even rang me at home and went out of her way to sort out some paperwork I had sent her which was a to big a file that wouldn't print her end would I recommend The Bridge clinic 100%yes I would .. x x best regards graham Holliday

It is highly recommended for those who are applying for an Australian visa and need to undergo medical check-ups. If you arrive there a little bit early, you can avail of onsite parking. Compared to other places in London, it is relatively affordable. Complimentary hot drinks are available.

I have never seen a doctor like Dr.Alia Ahmed for a very long time. She is so dedicated to her profession because she relishes her role. When you’re passionate about what you do, you do it better. She has really gone an extra mile to help me with my hair thinning. She put me at ease and my stress had gone. I have had just one visit but we have interacted by emails a lot. She has responded to every email I have sent her.Can’t find doctors now a days who take the time to respond to your concerning messages.
