had the unfortunately time in life to get a leaflet and turn up here,

for being a mental health service el do not turn up here, there is nothing they can do,

a human that lost their house cause of a poor benefits system, was calling a food bank food bank so they don't steal,

this place just puts you in a room, asks a few questions and sends you back out the door,

pointless, no help, no support no check ups, don't waste your time.

seek actual help.

I spoke to Niamh tonight. And after years of dealing with mental health services or GP’s services. I can honestly say this chat tonight has done me so much more than any of these services. She listened to me for 45 minutes and let me talk, didn’t judge and gave me some great advice. So lucky to get connected with her with what i have going on. i advise anyone going through difficulty to get in touch with this service. as they can help in many different avenues. just thank niamh so much for her time and the listening ear. has made me see there is help and people out there willing to listen. akd that want to know & help!! superb service ive recieved⭐️😬
