Have always had a good experience using the sleep clinic. The receptionists are often curt/short but otherwise it generally is a pleasant experience. Parking is a nightmare and you get charged a small fortune, but I always get seen fairly promptly and the process is smooth compared to other departments. Generally fast and efficient with an extraordinary element of quality involved.
