Tried5 times now for appointments for different things and only once given an appointment! You cannot get an appointment for love nor money! Not sure why they are still taking on new patients when they dont have the capacity to look after the ones they already have, in my opinion they have completley gone down hill since covid, why is the surgery not back up and running how it was before covid!!

I wanted to commend the practice for their continuing support and professionalism during a difficult time for GP practices. Through no fault of their own they are unable to be fully staffed. Clinical and professional administrative staff are doing all they can, and I would like to thank them for that.

Such a bad practice, they do absolutely everything they can to avoid giving you an appointment. And yet when I’m in the surgery to pick up regular prescriptions they’re is hardly anybody waiting to see a doctor. Before the surgeries use to be full of people waiting to see somebody. This practice is trying it’s best to wean its patients off the service we are all paying good money for. Shambles that needs to be investigated

Called for appointment at 8am given option for a call back rather than wait for 26 other callers to be dealt with. Received call, appointment booked for that morning. Arrived early and seen almost straight away by nurse Debbie. Lovely lady, caring & thorough. Examined, referral organised, absolutely fantastic service, couldn't fault a thing

Had nothing but issues with this surgery,
1st issue was my 4 week old baby had chicken pox for the first 8 days the doctors told me it’s baby acne’s I booked another appointment then and heat rash, I phoned 111 and 8 days later they tel me she has actually got chicken pox in the appointment by googling photos of chicken pox,
my 4 week old baby had chicken pox for 8 days with no cream no medication!
She had her 8 week check on the 22nd last month for them to tell me while I’m waiting for my child’s first set of jabs that it isn’t in the record and who I saw wasn’t for an 8 week check it was a normal doctor.
And that they cannot do my child’s jabs until next month when they re book an 8 week check (my daughter is going to be 14 weeks)
So now my daughter is behind on her jabs and has to catch up, we’ve moved doctors now, and already they’ve helped way more in the last hour then bosmere has in the last 11 months

I have been with this practice since 1980, and all the staff have almost always been incredibly helpful and supportive. I know they are desperately busy, but I have always felt that they were happy to take time to treat me as a person - not simply another number through the door.
Thankyou, and well done, your level of service is all too rare these days.

Saw a nurse this morning was told I need to see GP re my blood pressure being low tried e consult but needed to do a couple of readings went back to surgery to be told by a receptionist that my bp is fine and it will be a couple of weeks before an e consult is replied to , how many years do receptionist do in uni to give this advice out ….. terrible service

Did an eConsult on Monday afternoon (very surprised to see any available). I got a call back for a non-urgent issue within 2 hours, then a text to say a telephone physio appointment had been booked for the following week. Did not expect this and was really pleased at the efficiency.
