Going down hill to the point of useless phoned other day saying I was feeling very very ill waited all day for call back , then was given an appointment for 4 weeks time, the problem is the couldn't care less attitude of the people you speak to on phone and this ridiculous Anima thing. I am a patient with a lot of serious health problems. Makes me wondered how many patients they have killed off with their disgusting couldn't give a Dam attitudes.

A disgrace to the NHS have ignored requests from me an my Psychiatrist for pain relief for my osteoarthritis. I now suffer in pain because of my Asperger's and depression it causes me so much stress trying to deal with this totally incompetent surgery.

Was prescribed Ofloxacin despite it being a last resort medication. This was for a non-serious bacterial infection. It has caused potentially irreversible serious damage to my nervous system and tendons, leaving me in agonising pain on a daily basis. The surgery contacted a specialist but they refused to see me and the only resolution they could offer is a self referral to a physiotherapist!

Literally impossible to speak to a person on the phone and never able to get an appointment in less than two weeks if not longer and always with a nurse - only interested in referring you to their online Anima service (which is awful and not quicker at all) and really not interested in dealing with patients face to face - the ‘busy’ surgery rarely has more than one person in the waiting room and I suspect all the doctors are dealing with multiple online requests at once rather than seeing patients

Submitted an anima request this morning and had a call back within half an hour for a face to face appointment.
I have always felt TBGP have been a good doctors surgery with excellent and friendly staff, but this new system makes accessibility even better than before.

They failed me with my back pain and I was left bed ridden for months, they still fail me with my back condition. They failed to notify me of a blood test result , found out by accident (at an appointment for lifestyle)that things came up, those things have been left unaddressed. They can’t dispense from their own pharmacy, no where has what I need in stock for my severe tonsillitis/strep throat. I haven’t eaten for 2 days and hardly drank as my tonsils are so bad as well as my jaw my head my ears, I’m feverish with a temperature. Rang up so many times today for the receptionist to have an attitude and make me feel like a burden. Done with that place, it’s a joke.

I have never felt more humiliated than I did yesterday.
I had such a sensitive “woman” problem that I needed resolving as soon as possible, and the receptionist just made me feel absolutely disgusting about myself because I’ve requested phone appointment so I can get something prescribed for free (I normally would pay but I couldn’t in this particular moment and situation needed to be solved asap). I have been running between GP and boots all day couple of days ago, back and forth there and back because it seems like them two do not have the best ”relationship” with each other, and one is complaining about the other which personally I find super unprofessional. Nothing got solved, but at least the receptionist that was in gp then was super helpful, polite and discreet about my situation, made me think that it will be possible for me to have it done. Yesterday I’ve called to see if it can be done because the night before I had been sent home from the pharmacy empty handed, after GP called me to say that I can go and pick it up because it meant to be done for me, when I arrived to boots the pharmacist informed me that they did not had the contact with GP and that they are irresponsible for telling me a false information because they “do not know our pharmacists”. The moment the receptionist heard that I need something prescribed for free, she changed her attitude towards me, she hasn’t been discreet, the tone of voice she was using was so loud and the way she openly talked about what I needed, made me think that probably the whole GP and all the patients heard my problem. She told me that it was urgent the day before but my situation is not urgent now?, after explaining to her that I haven’t used this sort of medication for over 6 years and it’s one time emergency she proceeded to tell me that she can make phone appointments but the doctor will probably not call me anytime and day soon because my situation is not as important as other patients (which I think she has decided this, not a doctor) and it’s best if I buy it because it “not that expensive”, “it’s only x amount of money” after explaining her my situation over and over again. After 10 intensive minutes of phone call I gave up and hung up. The way she was huffing and puffing on the phone to me every Time I spoke and they way her attitude was towards me just made me feel absolutely guilty about my situation, it made me feel absolutely useless about myself.

I had never ever had a problem with this GP , everyone was always super polite and helpful, but the way the receptionist made me feel humiliated yesterday, it literally made me cry after putting the phone down. I already felt guilty for requesting such a thing for free, making things difficult for me to the point I was already ashamed, anxious and stressed to call and request for it, but I’ve hadn’t had idea that I would be treated this badly.. I do not write complaints ever but this kind of service, especially from a woman to woman who should be understanding one another is absolutely disgusting and needs resolving.

I’ll be putting official complaint to them, with hope that it will never happend to anyone again.
