Met Dr Lieu today for the 1st time. Such a nice lady, friendly and welcoming x easy to talk to so felt comfortable explaining my issue to her. Dr Liu and all the other docs I’ve seen have listened and been helpful, with myself and my one year old. The receptionists have a difficult job to juggle all the requests but they’re always super helpful, especially when it’s anything at all to do with the baby. Lovely people. Thank you!!!!

Today, I visited the NHS for the first time. After experiencing post-Soviet free healthcare, I was expecting something similar, but I was absolutely amazed at how friendly and polite everyone was – no one even shouted at me! The GP was very attentive, empathetic, and genuinely wanted to help. Thank you so much for all your great work 🙂

I have booked an appointment for my 10 year old child online. The Doctor from Gp responded very quickly and advised the next step. I found it very convenient to book an appointment online, it is much faster, you get a help immediately, you do not have to wait or travel. Most importantly by dealing with the matter quickly you avoid the case getting worse. We appreciate the new system and the way how you are dealing with it.

I know it's always easier to write a review when nothing is working, and granted, nowhere is perfect. However, as someone who has been through a lot of medical gaslighting and dismissal of symptoms, being a patient here has been very healing. I've had a couple of less pleasant experiences with one receptionist but she doesn't seem to be here anymore. Everyone else though has been very kind and gentle with me and done their best to find an appointment when I have needed it.
The GPs here have always listened to my concerns and not dismissed them, ran the necesssary tests and done their best, and I could not be more grateful.

I have been with this surgery for over 46 years and could not want for better. The Receptionists are amazing ... so very helpful when you need them most and so friendly and efficient. The doctors I've seen are amazing. I see Dr Patel most of the time who is outstanding and has looked after me very well over the years and has always been friendly and has a sense of humour when things are tough which I really appreciate. Dr Cheung is fabulous and a lovely friendly and efficient doctor and today I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Nair who was fantastic. Her manner was so warm and friendly and she genuinely cared about how I was feeling. Can't thank her enough for her approach to things. She will certainly be an asset to any GP practice and I hope she becomes permanent. Thank you to everybody at that surgery

By far my favourite medical practice I have ever been with. All the team are really lovely, efficient and friendly. I see Dr Liu who is super helpful and caring which makes me feel very supported as a patient.
