Emma has been amazing in helping me build my confidence and preparing for the birth of my first child. After the first class I already felt as if a weight had been lifted and with the techniques that she teaches my confidence grew over the weeks. I attended both the weekly pregnancy pod class and the positive birth programme.
Both were absolutely fantastic. The weekly class gave my an opportunity to unwind and connect with my bump.
The positive birth programme was an excellent education for my partner and I, allowing us to have an understating of birth and associated interventions. Emma also taught a variety of coping mechanisms (which were fantastic).
Both of these classes resulted in a relaxed and positive birth experience (despite the labour being long and complicated).
I would recommended these classes to any parents to be!

I attended Emma's positive birth classes and then had a private session for my husband and I. Emma gives exactly the right balance of education, support and practical advice.
