I called today as I'm experiencing back pain from a degenerating disc. I haven't been for a while. (I was treated by both Richard and Faz...brilliant service each time.) I was disappointed to be, first of all corrected for using the word Chiropractor and then told in answer to my request to make an appointment No, Richard is fully booked until after Christmas 'Unless you want to phone Faz' who I understand doesn't work for the Bell Practice now and has his own. If you have other Osteopaths, I wasn't informed. I will try again because this Practice is excellent. I probably got your receptionist on a busy morning. Even so, not a great welcome really.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this practice! Very friendly staff who put me at ease straight away, it felt very personal even down to the receptionist remembering my name when I left which might seem small to some but when you see a lot of people in a day it can be a difficult task. I felt listened to and that my issues were heard by Paul and I didn’t feel pressured into getting the more expensive, I felt he genuinely cared for his patients. I would definitely recommend and visit again if needed!

I found the receptionist really friendly. The building needed updating about 20 years ago, which was about the last time I went there and it looked the same then. Slightly shabby and unloved.
The chiropodist herself was not very friendly, and conversation was like pulling teeth.
I was not happy with my chiropody treatment, and felt it was severely overpriced for the level of treatment I received and I have to book another appointment elsewhere within 2 weeks. It seems like £45 wasted, which is a lot of money. Not for me I’m afraid.

I have been seeing Richard (Osteopath) and Nigel (Podiatrist) since earlier this year and they have both been fantastic. They are also well supported by very friendly and accommodating reception staff. I have seen nothing that would indicate that the other services offered are not run with the same level of expertise and professionalism. I would definitely recommend the Bell Surgery.

My experience and treatment at The Bell Surgery was extremely positive. All staff and practitioner's were welcoming and professional and I was instantly at ease. I booked an appointment due to painful lower back ache, and after a quick and easy consultation, the root problem was identified and kindly explained to me with the use of a model spine and some clear and calming language. My treatment cured my back pain instantly and I was advised that I did not need a follow-up appointment, but that their door was always open if needs be.

I urge anyone to act immediately in response to any spinal/joint/hip pain and see an osteopath or chiropractor and I would recommend The Bell Surgery to anyone.

I have seen Richard for Osteopathy for a few years. I go every 6 months for a check up or if I have an issue. Debbie does a great massage also. Parking is available across the road if the two spaces on the drive are taken but you have to buy something from Mcdonalds.
