The receptionist was so ignorant.. my mother in law has had asophygus cancer and her mouth is full of blisters and ulcers, she is also house bound due to a fall . Had a course of antibiotics and Dr said ring back if condition doesn't improve.. now the receptionist said she may or may not get an appointment it's Upto triage apparently. Receptionist kept interrupting and being really rude.. I have never known a service like it.. so we still don't know wether shel get a callback.. a visit or anything.. joke

The most USELESS doctors around i swear to god, first they tell me i’ve only got a cold, then i end up in the hospital because its actually sinusitis (a sinus infection) that has also triggered labyrnthitis which is a really bad ear infection. Im then given antibiotics by the hospital and once they’re up if it’s still not better i should see my doctor, which is kind of hard seeing as tho they do not care about their patients in the slightest and will not make an appointment for you to see them. Not to mention how rude and unhelpful the receptionists are it is an absolute JOKE!

The whole of the team at Beeches Medical centre have been Amazing. The Doctors, nurses, Receptionists, Administration and Cathy the Pharmacist. I have gone through a traumatic experience coming close to two years now. The support I have had off the whole team is phenomenal. Doctor Williamson has looked after me so much. Apart from the huge support with my husband’s illness, then I lost him. She has supported me and directed me to seek support from outside support groups. I would not have the strength I have today, if Dr Williamson had not have helped me. I feel privileged to be looked after by this Amazing team. Thank you to all of you.

The medical staff are great, but the gatekeepers on reception that try every single time to stop you speaking to them are not.

I honestly dread to imagine how many elderly or vulnerable people get palmed off from speaking to their GP by these lot each day. It's a guaranteed rigmarole every time you call and I just don't think those most in need will often be up for that.

Can never get an appointment always tell you to go walk in centre then the walk in centre is funny with you because you’ve gone there for something a GP is meant to see to! Ridiculous

So concerning as to what is occurring behind the scenes.
No face to face appointments, and no call back appointments available, txt to say call 111.
Called 111 at 11am today, got a call back at 1.45 am.

Long standing Drs..automated checkin,online repeat prescriptions and consultancy or telephone consultancy. Never had a problem seeing a dr. Been with them over 30yrs as is my mum,my siater her children and my son.
Always get feedback from any tests.

The receptionist are unprofessional and lack compassionate care or phone manners. I believe as a receptionist, the pressure of work should not affect your professional skills.
