I have been to most of the core sessions at The Bee Tree Community, it has really helped me as I have been stuck at home for over 8 months now. I have made new friends, remembered old passions, and just thoroughly enjoyed some me-time!

My favourite sessions are Art Group with Sam, and I love all the yoga sessions as they are all so different. Last week I had a wonderful morning at Mindfulness with Steph last week, the relaxation at the end found my mind on the beach as i lay in my window with the sun on my face ☀️ ?

Anyone looking to learn more about yourself, need some company, or a reminder of how awesome you are really need to give some of these sessions a go as there really is something for everyone ❤️

An amazing online community - everybody is so friendly and welcoming and there is a huge variety of activities - there’s always a friendly ear for a cuppa and a chat - and don’t worry about technical issues - they even help you with that!!! Cannot recommend Bee Tree enough - for all ages and abilities ♥️?
