I had the most relaxing facial with Emma at The Beauty Rooms in Chelmsford. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. As a busy mum of two, it was such a treat to have some proper time to unwind, and Emma really took that into account—she not only gave me a gorgeous facial but also massaged my shoulders, arms, and hands, which was absolute heaven! My skin feels refreshed and glowing, and I left feeling completely relaxed. I’ll definitely be booking in again. Highly recommend!

It was my first time at the beauty rooms today which was recommended to me by a friend. Emma was my beauty therapist and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease, she was definitely very knowledgeable and I felt like I was really taken care of. My first visit to The Beauty Rooms yesterday and I was not disappointed with the experience.
A warm welcome from friendly staff and I enjoyed a 45 minute facial with Summer who was brilliant 👌
The facial treatment was superb and attention to the eye area was amazing, along with massage to the neck,chest , shoulder area and I opted for arms and hands to be massaged rather than the scalp.
I was totally relaxed at the end of the session and have booked to go again in 4 weeks time.
The treatments available are reasonably priced too

The staff were amazing and so kind! I have never done anything like this before and was very nervous but I felt so welcome and calm. The prices are amazing for the quality of the treatment and they made my face feel AMAZING!
I would highly recommend the beauty rooms to everyone and will definitely be going back again!

Always a great experience with Summer. Friendly and chatty, which makes the waxing process easier to bear! Highly recommend
