Katie is AMAZING!! She explained everything in detail to me about the process, the laser and how it works. I felt extremely comfortable and her set up is so clean and professional.
I was expecting the laser to be quite painful but it's on the same level as waxing - only around a 2 or 3 out of 10!

I cannot recommend Katie enough. I have had a raised mole on my face for over a decade. Every photo I could spot it. It made me so self conscious and upset every time I remembered it was there. Why did I not see Katie sooner!?
It was so easy to book at a time that suited me. The clinic is immaculate and Katie really took care of me on arrival making me comfortable and welcome.
She explained the procedure she wanted to do in detail and gave me plenty of time to consider if it was what I wanted. She was honest about the different outcomes and managed my expectations.
The procedure itself was very quick. Katie paced the "painful" bits entirely based on my needs and how I was feeling.
Katie was on hand whenever I wanted to message during the days after. No question was too small. She even called me to reassure me about the healing process.
I am absolutely thrilled with the result. With make up the "scar" is completely invisible and it is still healing so will be less visible naked too. I am so glad I came to Katie. I will be recommending her to everyone!
