Not a good experience, for someone who rarely goes to the doctors because I don't like to waste people's time this is exactly how dr Temi made me feel, I'm sure in her opinion a blood test was a waste of time and money but in my eyes I had been advised to get a yearly check on my H R T and that is all I was asking for, terrible bedside manor verging on bullying. As she said maybe I should see the dr/health professional I saw previously rather than her next time.

Last Friday I called the surgery at 8am got an appointment for 3.30pm. Went for my appointment I saw 2 amazing ladies for my problem. They spoke to me about everything I was examined where they apologised for the discomfort I might have and just were so kind and caring. They offered me options and after 25 minutes feeling happy with the outcome I thanked them and left. Within an hour I had a phone call to go for a blood test on Monday. I cannot thank the beeches and these wonderful ladies for their kindness and efficiency.

Moved to this area and Practice in June this year, arriving with a Complex Medical History ongoing. Cannot get a face to face with a GP, although having severe disabilities and dangerous side effects with meds. Fobbed off again and again, left in a complete mess , not listened too and had rude responses. This has served to make my miserable conditions worse than they were or need to be. This Practice group are unprofessional and have shown they disregard their Duty of Care towards my illnesses. GO ELSEWHERE!!! Having lived all over the UK and having had Chronic illness for over 30 yrs, this is the worst practice I have EVER experienced. They either don't care about Patients or are completely ignorant and incompetant. The "Final Straw" today has left me mentally and physically distressed.

I am so fed up with this surgery.
I can never get a face to face appointments, can't even get referrals or results through successfully.
When I do manage to book an appointment in usually a 3 week delay. Really wouldn't recommend.

Shame on you 4 days I was calling for an appointment, book in advance for Christmas sake, I have a chest infection for 4 days going without proper treatment, what's the point in paying for national insurance to not get any use out of it

Were is it so I leave a review went for rsv vacation parked up road blocked there car park with chairs I have blue badge I am waiting on hip replacement got told this way I couldn't walk to room with being in so much pain no chairs higher enough to sit on no wheel chair access there I found sussex road nightmare to park lovely nurse gave me my jab to be told I could of gone to hopton in week for vacation were I live
