I had to visit the Magdalen way surgery today as I had a problem with my mothers tablets at the pharmacy, Kelly on reception was so helpful and went above & beyond to make sure my mother got her medication, thank you Kelly and your colleague , you were both fantastic

Whenever I normally have a doctor, they're normally really understanding and nice. However, I had to wait 40 mins to see one doctor, Dr Udan. Never been spoken to by a doctor like that in my life, and to my mum. Horrible, rude, apathetic, snappy, abrupt and incredibly rude. Avoid seeing this doctor at all costs if you can.

I am not a patient of shrublands but attended there today for physio. I had a lovely man who's name I can't remember, but he was excellent at helping me and gave me some great advice on how to ease the pain I was suffering. If someone could thank him for me I would be very grateful

Bloody joke! my 3 month old daughter is throwing up her feeds, rang in on Monday at 4pm and told I need to phone in before 10am to get an appointment. Rang in at 9.45am tuesday and told I need to phone in at 8am on the dot to get an appointment. Asked if I could book something in advance.. apparently they only release appointments at 8am each morning, nothing available to book in advance. How is anyone suppose to plan a babys health around time schedule of 8am on the dot? Completely understand doctors are overly busy but surely you need to show some kind of flexibility with baby’s/young children?

I haven't been offered a Diabetic Review for years but recently have been feeling ill after finding my Blood Sugars were High, so phoned a 111 Doctor and he told me to double my Meds.. I had a Diabetic Review/Bloods booked for Today from awhile ago and the Notification came through from the NHS App on my Phone as 'This is Confirmation of your Appointment on 16 Aug 2022 at 09.10 at Gorleston Medical Centre'.. (They are part of the same Group as 'The Beaches Medical Centre', but in different places in Gorleston)...Now that DID NOT say 'The Beaches Medical Centre'.. but when I reached Gorleston Medical Centre they told me my appointment was at 'The Beaches!!'
I asked them to phone through and tell them I would come straight over, but when I reached The Beaches Medical Centre, one Female behind behind the desk was very Dismissive and quite rude, and gave me a new Appointment for 2nd September!!! Why should I suffer because of someone's incompetence in sending the correct Message through I'm disgusted !!

Can never get a appointment been waiting over a week for a call and still have not got one 111 put a urgent call to the doctor to call me for Monday morning and still have not had a call has got to be the worse doctors I have ever been at never known nothing like it

We had a medical emergency, and they got us straight in that morning and later referred us onto the hospital. Everyone was friendly. The waiting room was clean. The doctor was knowledgeable and kind. What more do you need?

my wife has had problems with her stomach for a year and a half after all this time of be told there's nothing up with you after a endoscope in Norwich they found something was told would rush it though a month later doctors eventually got back to her haven't got results yet. totally disgusting attitude from reception staff as well. nhs tv ads about concern about cancer see your gp CAN'T EVEN DO THAT.
