Reception staff friendly enough. Unfortunately, they didn't bother tell me they were running almost an hour late. Total wait time to see doctor 55 mins. Doctor didn't apologise for running late. didn't ask me relevant questions about my knee pain but found the time to ask me how long I've been overweight and ask me how much I drink. Hurt me way more than necessary during physical exam and then denied me any pain relief. Doctor was Dr. May. This was my first visit after moving to the area 2 years ago. Not a great first impression.

I am on holiday at the Potters resort , and not from the area . I developed an ear infection and called this practice for assistance.
Cannot fault the service, I filled in a form at the surgery and my details were given to the doctor at about 10am . I received a call to tell me to pick up tablets this afternoon.
Thank you so much for your service. Much appreciated

Absolutely appalling Practice - I have a complicated range of symptoms which have, over the past couple of years have become so severe that I am in constant crippling pain and am now housebound. Despite numerous requests for help, nothing has been done to investigate what is going on. I live on my own with no Family support nearby. They are well aware of this, yet no forthcoming help. They just do not listen or show any kind of understanding or compassion. I get the impression they just couldn't care less. Do I have to take legal action just to get treatment which is my right?

Disgusting practice the first and last visit to a so called Dr uddin waste of time. Told I was going to go blind and I won’t be able to feel my feet. Great. She’s obviously in it for the money NOT for the care of any patients. Absolutely awful experience. It’s a waste of a building and I would rather see a vet to be honest. The worst Drs I’ve EVER experienced. So bad

Was booked an appointment for my 11 year old child who needs to be checked over after fainting twice and feeling faint since it happened. Happened on a Saturday and didnt even get an appoitment till a thursday DISGUSTING! whats even worse is that they booked us in for 4:10 and we are still sitting here at 4:40 with just ONE doctor working. Won't be attending here again if it means me having to wait so long.

Absolute shambles of a practice mistake after mistake my partner had to wait for a sick note for over a month despite being assured in would be sent eventually we had to physically go to the surgery to pick it up in person, prescriptions never filled properly. In short don't use this surgery

When it was Hopton on its own the staff and doctors were good and listened..Now its 'The Beaches' poor and uncaring ...Trying to get through on the phone is hard often being in a long queue (30+) ...Over the last few days I have needed to phone the surgery I needed information about an appointment...Most of the telephone agents are surly ...and unhelpful..I think the beaches need to send their telephone receptionist on a customer handling course

Friendly staff. Signage very poor. One small sign on the driveway wall - very easy to miss if you haven't attended this location before ore
