I’m not a patient of Claire’s but I have known and worked with her in a professional capacity for a few years as she uses my software to help manage her business.

Claire is an exceptional aesthetic practitioner. She has amassed over 240 five star reviews from her genuine patients an Glowday. She is approachable, friendly and professional.

She, rightly, values her time. She is highly experienced and skilled, so protects her livelihood with appropriate policies. These are communicated clearly when bookings are made and enforced where necessary.

Regarding Claire’s 1 star review. The patient cancelled their appointment within the late cancel window, so the late cancel charge was applied. The patient was informed about Claire’s late cancel policy at point of booking, in the confirmation email and in the reminder email sent prior to the appointment. I’ve seen the messages between the patient and Claire, at no point was Claire rude.

Booked a free 15 minute consultation, had to cancel due to work commitments. Was then charged £50. I was not aware that this was policy and when trying to discuss this over Instagram messages, I was given very rude messages. I think as a company the initial service I have received has been terrible. As a new client that will potentially be spending hundreds of pounds in their clinic it is not the way to be handling customer service. I won't be using the service now and I would advise not booking with them Incase anything goes wrong with your treatment I feel they would not handle any discussions well at all.

Claire is absolutely incredible! So knowledgeable and incredibly good at what she does. It was my 1st getting a bit of volume in my lips and NOT to look fake.
My lips look so good now.
I also had botox done and it'looked brilliant. So natural working!
