Laura's guided meditations are wonderful! I've used them to calm and relax during my pregnancy and it's really helped get into a good frame of mind. A healing light is my favourite so far. I 100% recommend using these, and they're great even if you're a beginner to meditation and relaxations.

I absolutely love these classes. The studio is warm, cosy and welcoming. Groups are small and friendly and you can practice at your own pace without feeling conspicuous. I always leave feeling physically and mentally stronger and calm.
