I have registered here few years back and never had an unpleasant experience. Lovely GP practice, many good doctors and nurse to choose from, always on time, lovely Receptionists staff very polite and respectful and you can book an appointment through NHS app which is faster and convenient. Signing in screen available inside which is great as you dont need to wait in the queue to sign in. I think I saw fruits available in the waiting area. Would definitely recommend. Thank you guys for your hard work.

I have nothing but praise for this practice. The demands on any NHS service is huge at present however it is evident that everyone in this practice is doing what there best to deliver a quality service. Getting an appointment is so much easier compared to other practices and they really do go out of there way to help. I'm sure not everything runs smoothly however that is to be expected.

Dr Tracey Leigh - 5 star is consistently comprehensive with exploring to understanding our situation/experiences, empathetic, provides a comprehensive range of information and support to ensure our different needs are met and explored. I would highly recommend her. She doesn’t rush and is also efficient, as well as effective in providing us the support we require throughout these years. Caring and very helpful!

I have one test left, and after that, I will never return to this clinic. The staff are completely unprofessional. You wait for hours from 8 AM, and in the end, the doctor doesn’t even check your blood pressure or explain anything about the Brook Heys letter—just says “leave, I don’t have time.” Didn’t even tell me what I’m supposed to do next. A total waste of time.

Been with The Arch for a couple of years now and I think they're fantastic.

On my last two visits i've had appointments with Dr Leigh, who has been an amazing Doctor. She listens carefully and gives genuinely good advice, I feel like when i go in with an issue i actually come out with either solid advice on what to do next to solve it or a better understanding on what is causing it and how I can manage it.

The waiting area is also generally calming which is nice too and getting prescriptions has been straightforward.

We had an outstanding service from Dr Trevelyan for my friend who is registered at the Arch Medical Practice. A friend staying with me developed a serious mental health condition. Through Dr Trevelyan's proactive intervention of contacting mental health services where I live as well as her advice, we were able to get urgent support for him. Several weeks later, he's now making steady progress and through Dr Trevelyan and local support services where I live, we have avoided my friend getting much worse. A huge thank you.

I never leave reviews for anywhere but following a bad experience with another GP surgery, I'm grateful for how good the staff here are. All of the staff here are so lovely and helpful, I always feel listened to and well informed by the receptionists, nurses and GPs.

Disappointing experience. I went here to sign up temporarily whilst at uni. The receptionist was clearly reluctant to let me do this, but then why offer this service is you don’t want to allow people to do it? You’re located in a student area, it shouldn’t be a shock if someone wants to just have a temporary sign up whilst at uni. I managed to get a form, which I filled out and was told I’d receive a text message confirming everything. I never received a text message and now cannot access a doctors appointment unless I take the time and money to travel home to my usual doctors, which isn’t possible for me at the moment. Rude service too.
