King Yoga is karma yoga. Inspiring people trying to make a positive change in the world with life changing teachings from the one and only Dr King. There are many false paths out there but this one certainly isn’t. Proof comes from experience, give it a try!

I have not attended for a few years as I have moved to the north east. I found the society warm and welcoming. Filled with good people trying help mankind understand the wider aspects of life. Healing sessions on Saturday mornings help is free and I found it relieved my pain when little else did.
I learned many skills there and met some nice, genuine people.
It is spiritual, mystical and believes that there is an advanced civilisation, extra terrestrial, that is working hard to clean up our atmosphere.
No one ever tried to inflict there beliefs on others rather you followed your own path to enlightenment.
I found people to be positive, happy and willing to share their time and skills with others. I felt that you could take what you needed spiritually without any pressure to become a permanent member.
