Had my first appointment back in April to get microblading for my eyebrows. Service was ok, the lady was nice. At the end I was asked if I wanted to book my second top up session, which I did, but I was really surprised that I had to pay the same amount £175 for the top up as well as my first session? Oh well, I did go along with that and left £50 deposit. I was looking for this top up session as correction is needed, one eyebrow is thinner than the other, there are gaps etc nothing that cannot be fixed. But unfortunately woke up ill/full of cold this morning and decided to do the right thing and reschedule the appointment as you would in the times of pandemic. But... was very unpleasantly surprised when I was told that I have lost my £50 deposit because I should have notified them 24h before the appointment! Not being funny, but how was I supposed to know that I will be ill 24h ago? plus it was Sunday anyway? I just think I am being treated unfairly here and the company is loosing a permanent client...This is appalling service.

Every time I come out of my appointment, I count down until my next one!
I used to keep my head down covered in make up, ashamed of my acne and scarring on my face! Now I’m acne free.. woohooo! And am having microneedling treatments done for my scarring and my face is just glowing. I had severe acne and scarring on my face for over 10 years and the pain was awful! NOT ANYMORE...
I where no make more days than I wear it now, from a girl who wouldn’t step a foot outside without it, it’s a miracle.
The knowledge, professionalism and cleanliness of this clinic is amazing and I definitely HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
