Are no words to describe them, I will give them 10 stars no 5.
Very professional staff, very helpful.
I've been to few surgeries and this one is the best.
Very busy, but all the time was quick appointment or a phone call back.
My kids like the surgery feel very comfortable.

Incredibly disappointed to hear they won't even consider talking about a shared care agreement. The staff are lovely here, but unfortunately I have to give this surgery a 1-star review because of a decision taken by the partners which has had a significant impact on me and decisions regarding my health and wellbeing. Forced to leave this surgery and register elsewhere, thanks a bunch...

Can’t fault The Abingdon Surgery. I’ve been with them since I was born in 1990 and they’ve been brilliant. My GP is fantastic and I’ve had her for years now. I use the surgery a couple of times a year (depending how things are going with my mental and physical health - sometimes more) and I’ve never had a problem. They were also supportive and quick when I needed to go for an assessment through the Right to Choose pathway.

Appalling and robbers! Paid for a medical letter from Dr Frasi, all of the information I gave over a pre booked phone appointment with her was wrong and the letter has been deemed not fit for my purpose! £30 for absolutely nothing, shameful to rob a poor and ill patient trying to get help.

Brilliant set up all round! Very caring and efficient team of staff and doctors. Sadly for them, suffer from a handful of 'difficult' patients who expect the earth!

This is a fantastic GP Surgery, Dr Judy Fung in particular is one of the most professional compassionate Doctors I have ever met. Very professional, hugely sympathetic & understanding of issues spoken about. Never once have I had reason to doubt her incredible knowledge as a Dr in all the years I’ve seen her. A true gem of a Doctor.

Anyone who has her as their Doctor is blessed.

In recent years the surgery have adopted a telephone call with your doctor as a first ‘appointment’ which to be honest works really well, I personally prefer this approach. If the Dr has any concerns they will ask to see you quite quickly to address any medical matters that need to be seen.

Nurses are also very good at this practice.

The receptionists have always been very professional & kind hearted when spoken with on the telephone.

I could not be more grateful to everyone at the Abingdon surgery. All the ladies at the reception desk were extremely supportive and helpful. The doctors and paramedics I saw could not do more to make sure I was fine. I always knew everyone was nice and helpful but last week showed me that they are also extremely caring and loving! Thank you very much for all your help and kindness.

Been with this surgery for nearly 40 years and I have nothing but praise from the doctors, nurses to the receptionists. In particular today, the receptionist went above and beyond to sort out an emergency prescription for my son, just before closing time because of a bad experience from a certain nearby pharmacy. Thank you so much for the care you have provided for my family
