STAY AWAY!
If i could rate this a 0 i would.

This Company lacks Empaphy, Professionalism and mostly importantly communication. They have provided my Nan with care for less than 48 Hours and today we had a call from my Nan at roughly 3pm stating she was in Hopsital and then we couldnt make contact again. When we phoned the office to the Care Campany to ask what had happened we were informed that she had been in since 11am and when questioned as to why the NOK wasnt informed they told us "they hadnt got round to doing it"

I spoke to the Manager Ahmed who lacked Professionalism and told me that he hadnt got the report back yet and cannot inform me of what had happened, when i questioned him about their online system and notes provided by the carer he then checked his system and told me that the Carer was waiting for an Ambulance with my Nan, they were clearly aware that she was being taken to Hopsital.

Ahmed then explained that when a Client goes into Hopsital their "Policy" is to informed the Council and their "Good Practice" is for inform NOK in which they didnt despite my Nan being taken in for Vomiting, Diarrhea and CHEST PAIN. So they took the time to inform the Council but not the Clients NOK

If i was you i would NOT use this Company.

I'd give them 0 stars of possible terrible service carers who barely speak a word of English always chatting on their phones in their language which to me is rude and ignorant turn up when they want and shoot off out the door as quickly as possible also very rude and try to lecture me on what I should or should not eat drink smoke and even complain about my very well behave friendly dog and expect me to put him away because of their religion none of which is acceptable so do yourself a favor and find a better care service as this one sucks

Such an appalling care agency where Carers are not trained & can’t speak in English. The manager is equally unprofessional & lacks understanding. The agency was claiming extra funds from social services for my mother’s care, providing more care time information when they were only spending less time.

Do not trust. I am still waiting for their manager who is still on lunch maybe dinner now. I believe Ali is his name. Sara their coordinator will not let me speak to him. The carers have my entrance keys and mailbox keys. They have jammed my security system and I had to change it to another. I want to warn other people about this. You cannot see them coming in or going out. I have a number of things missing in my home.
