Although fast delivery for test kit and really fast results… however I was told in live chat before purchasing the things that my daughter is allergic to doesn’t need to show in the blood for them to test if she’s allergic too . My daughter is 10 months old and she’s been diagnosed with a milk allergy and she sees a dietrition. She’s also suffered with many other allergies. Only thing she can eat or drink is almond based yorguts and foods & milk etc as she doesn’t have an allergic reaction and been eating almond based from when she was diagnosed with a milk allergy. However the test results shows the only things she’s allergic to is almonds which is the only thing she can eat at the moment that doesn’t give her allergic reaction. All her other allergies like dairy (which she’s prescribed specail formula)and other foods she’s had a reaction to when I started weaning her onto foods didn’t show on the results. I was totally mislead before buying and was hoping to get answers to see what she’s allergic too but only thing they came back with is the only thing she can eat that’s safe for her that doesn’t cause a allergic reactions . She’s had so many allergies from when she was 6months old when we started to wean her in to food to different foods that didn’t even come up on her results so I was completely mislead before buying as it must be foods that still in the their blood which they can test . I wouldn’t of purchased if that was the case but I was told faulse information ! Reported payment to my bank . Called your team and live chat and email and no reply or help

Stuffing myself with copious amounts of food over Christmas and feeling the gluttony catching up with me, prompted me to take an allergy and intolerance test. I was keen to find out which part of my Christmas feast was causing bloating and discomfort, something which I intermittently feel throughout a general week anyway.

Having since taken the Test Your Intolerance Plus kit and receiving my results, I'm now both surprised and well-informed by what the culprit may be. Having flagged an intolerance to soy, eggs and other foods, I will now be testing out an elimination diet to narrow down the culprit and hopefully ease off on the bloating and cramps!

Overall, I was happy with how easy the test was, speed of getting the results and the high quality of the report received.
