My mum (in her 70’s) was a Terrablu customer before going into a care home. Terrablu support was essential for her as they helped her stay independent and in her own home for longer - she was so happy to keep her independence for as long as she was able. The staff are lovely, so helpful and supportive and, vitally for my mum, flexible about what they did around her needs at the time of their visit. I found the office staff very helpful - they would contact me if they had concerns and were very flexible for the various times she went into hospital and needed support to return home.

Terrablu looked after my father for 2 years, he was a private person and never liked people in his home , but i must say the team were brilliant. Dad really liked his carer, treated him with dignity. He died 2 weeks ago age 91. Terrablu allowed my father to stay in his own home and he was happy right up to the end. Thank you all at Terrablu.

My mother used Terrablu care staff to do her cleaning for three years before, at the age of 96, she went into a care home. There was continuity of staff, which was extremely important to her, and all were unfailingly polite, considerate and efficient. My mother regarded them as friends and looked forward to their visits. A wonderful company altogether!

The first carer that came immediately put me at ease and they have continued, over 4 years, to supply not only excellent care but enjoyable relationships full of fun and laughter.

My father is being looked after by these people and they have been brilliant. Very responsive, very flexible. They do great personal care and will help with almost anything even at short notice. The answer always seems to be "yes" can do.
