This GP practice is held back by some of its front office staff. While the doctors and nurses are professional, caring, and efficient, the reception staff are often rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Some will shout at patients, ignore them, or act with blatant attitude, creating a hostile and unwelcoming environment. Their behavior is unacceptable and completely undermines the quality of care provided by the medical team. Despite the surgery being clean, accessible, and improving overall, the unprofessional conduct of the front office staff and occasional unpleasant phone consultations are the only reason I can’t give this practice 5 stars.

Side note- I had a telephone consultation with Dr. Adeoba (Dr. Ade). The call was excellent! He actively listened, asked all the necessary questions, and provided good advice. He even followed up about an issue, which was very reassuring. It was the best call I ever had with a GP.

Dr. Ade’s calm demeanor, polite tone, and solid professionalism were exemplary and should serve as the standard for all medical consultations.

Very helpful, my only complaint is I keep receiving emails to submit my blood pressure results when the last test I had done was with them !!! (I don’t have access to a blood pressure test at home)

I was waiting on the phone for 45 minutes and no one answered. I live close to the gp i went there to se what was happening and the ladies were laughing and talking between them ignoring the phone.

Rung up to get appointment this morning because 111 advised me too checked in and waited in a waiting room for over 45 minutes then got call and thay seed I'm sorry but we can not see you now bloody disgraceful

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the three kind ladies in reception/admin, Kelly, Karen and Sophie who looked after my daughter when she came out from her consultation with the GP on Thursday 4 January having received some upsetting news. She was distraught and these lovely ladies showed such care and compassion towards her and also got the doctor to speak with her again to reassure her. I can’t thank you enough.

Extremely dissapointing. I have not seen my GP in person for years. It's always a phone consultation, even with physical symptons. How can you diagnose something without seeing and feeling? Very dissapointed. On top of that, I complete the e consult form and usually takes 5 days to get an appointment and you don't even get a slot. It just says PM. Awful service. it needs to be looked at IMMEDIATELY.
