Every single time I've called i have to wait in line or they say they are unavailable and when I go to see them in the building not a single person is in the waiting room and the receptionists are always having a chat as if it's a family gathering. If I could give then 0 I would, wouldn't recommend going don't bother.

I’ve had great experiences with this doctor’s surgery every time. They are efficient, you get an appointment usually same day which is rare in these times. They really care, and get you the best next steps if needed. I’ve had another docs for years previously to moving and honestly can say TCHC is much better. I’m so grateful. Thank you for everything

In a climate where the NHS is under such pressure and your hear how difficult it is to get a GP appointment, I have nothing but good things to say about this surgery. I'm so surprised how they manage to organise things so efficiently given the pressures. I'm always able to get an a call back the same day for pressing health issues I've had for myself and my baby. I'm also able to get through on the phone, the receptionists are great. Dr Nowell is a fantastic Dr if you're lucky enough to see her. Thank you surgery for all that you do

Very rude receptionist and Very disrecpted way of behaviour. Doesn't care about others health my opinion.For 8 months been waiting for one thing for me to be done by doctor.after 8 mouths finally l been told l live out of the area range so l won't be getting service from them

I am very happy with this surgery and my GP, Dr Rand. They always call me back on the same day and take my concerns seriously. I still have to remind them to do my bloods every 6 months but I also work for the NHS and I know how stretched to their limits these services are.

I have been a patient for years and everyone in the surgery are the most caring and helpful I ever met in my life. You are never rushed out of the door they really care for you. If you have colour at all I wouldn't go here something don't smell right I've been nany city's and towns, this place they'll tell you there's nothing wrong, Nothing but trying to kill off minorities you've been warned Holloway road is the same I'd recommend finding a doctors that's diverse Believe I'm trying to save you.The more things that go on in the world the more English people will hate anyone with colour and do anything to act like they've contributed to there country stay safe.

Such an improvement compared to our last practice. Receptionists are friendly and non judgemental. The nurse and health visitors are lovely. My partner got an appointment with the doctor on the same day.
