Don’t even bother trying to get an appointment with Tel doc here, a month I’ve been trying to get through on the phone and all it does is say at capacity and hangs up on you, online system does not work, I now have 6 days left of medication and no sign of getting seen before it runs out. Only given one star because there’s no option to give 0. Farce.

Appointments process is an absolute shambles, 30 seconds past 8 am.forget a phone appointment can't even get in the queue.new online option doesn't show a standard appointment option when they reach the appointment capacity for the day!!but it doesn't tell you that..3 days tried to use it, after waiting over half an hour on the phone it was explained to me why not put THAT on the menu? Call back option on the call doesn't give a menu until 30 people in the queue!!! Doest tell you that either...if you take away 1 star from their cumulative Google score( because you can't give 0) they have point 8...and that's generous!!!

Seriously they want ppl to die. I went through health co-pilot on their website as advised while rang the surgery. Co-pilot suggested to ring the surgery and book appointment which I did today. Been told to wait for phone call or message with appointment details but received message pictured. So basically back in the circle, again co-pilot suggested phone call. No surprised that there is to many ppl on the phone to be even placed in the queue.

"Appointment for my mum on 24/01 at 10:05. Unfortunately, due to heavy traffic, we were 5 minutes late, and at reception, we were told it was already too late, and we needed to book a new appointment. Yesterday, on 23/01, my daughter had an appointment and waited 45 minutes for the doctor... I don't think there's worse healthcare in the world than in the UK."

Utterly useless. The 8 am queue is now replaced by an all day queue and a requirement to complete an online questionnaire, unfortunately the questionnaire always crashes before being completed/submitted - effectively denying people access to GP/NHS services and this is supposed to be an improvement, what an absolute joke!

Tel doc have been useless for year taking over all but a few surgeries and closing them down. But credit were it’s due, I was able to get a next day appointment,attend on time only a few minutes later and I was taking to the doctor, and made referrals great service. This just has to be maintained

Can never get through, the online consult is handy but again they don't call you, only text saying ring this number....that number is the doctors reception.....so as said can't get through. Really really poor service!

Edit: Just got through, have to wait 2 weeks for a phone call back from my GP 🤣

I have NEVER been so disappointed in a service.
A simple Return to work form cannot be completed in less than 3 weeks. All other employees in my company (who have decent doctor service) have turned these around in 2 days. Does this surgery think themselves above helping their patients?
I’m still waiting - from 27th October.
And, they do not appear to have anyone with the ability to answer emails either.
What a complete shambles!
