Have brought both my children to the Wellness sessions. I found the activities to be age appropriate and engaging especially for my PDA son.
Sophia is also great - gentle, understanding and genuine.

Have also been to other workshops where Sophia had a segment and feedback from everyone is always positive!

Can't wait to make the Thursday sessions a regular in our timetable.

Thank you Sophia for holding space for our children, it is so needed.

I have taken my 8, 7 and 5 yr olds to Teen and co well-being sessions a few times now and we cannot rate it highly enough. Teen and Co exceeded our expectations. After the first session my children were asking me if they could go back every day, and although they enjoy other activities I have never had this reaction from them. The sessions are incredibly valuable and Sophia is great with the children, she is very warm, kind, and patient. My children always leave the session on a high and feeling good. The stories are well thought out entertaining, engaging and inspirational. My children also love taking home their own created pieces.

I brought my seven year old to the session and he loved it . He was engaged and he found it fun . Sophia is very tuned in to the needs of the children and she is also flexible and adaptable . She is a beautiful spirit which the children are drawn to .

My shy son (3years almost 4yrs) loves these classes. They are friendly and the activities are fun. He enjoys being able to take his arts/craft activity home and I enjoy watching his mindful journal grow. Safia is patient and kind.

The 444Booster Self Esteem Programme is one I recommended to anyone of any age.
I was low vibrating and attracting negative. Now I experience great days, business is flowing faster and stagnant channels are opening up.
Before the programme began I received a wonderful pack with a beautiful green quartz, fancy pen, activities for the month booklet, affirmations, a healthy sweet and the most love and care in the packaging.
From day 1 Soph had a very simple and effective way to help break barriers and blocks in both personal and business. By week four I had experienced breakthroughs in both business and personal life.
I can say NOW in the final few days of the programme My self esteem, confidence, motivation and focus has returned. I can say that I have taken from this practical simple and very effective tools which I use daily to help me push through any barriers and continue on and ride the wave. The weekly focus calls are epic she does exactly that: get you to focus and hold the focus for the week.
I can say Soph has been the catalyst for me raising my vibration, taking steps I have not taken in the past for business and has been the most pleasant reminder about the power of self.
I will most certainly be signing up to her membership for my regular dose of light and high vibrations.

As a mum of a child with ASD I love the whole concept of the adventure box and am always on the Hunt for things I can use with my son to help boost his confidence and self esteem so I was so pleased to have found the teeno&co website.
The story book provided inside is just so sweet and written in a way that's so easy for my son to understand and soak in. This would make such a lovely birthday gift aswell !
Instead of spending money on toys I would much rather spend my money on something that I know will be so beneficial to my sons/nieces&nephews.
Im a BIG fan !!!! Will be back again to purchase more of your products!

Giving this course 5 stars because it offered way more than I expected it to. The experience was very valuable to me and came at the right time. Sophia had a wealth of knowledge and experience to share and she is using it for a truly worthy cause: to empower the female caregiver.

So glad to have been a part of this course at this point in my journey through 2021.
