Been seeing Chris the Physiotherapist here for a variety of different conditions for about the last 5 years & every time he's been brilliant, both ensuring my recovery & also swiftly treating the condition so I can move again. Team Rehab is definitely the place to go for all & any physio you may need & prices are reasonable. The staff are friendly, helpful & hardworking; at times putting you through your paces if it's needed. They also have great interpersonal skills which really helps to put you at ease. I don't go anywhere else.

On the first day of a weeks holiday my knee gave out. A week of pain and restriction .
An appointment with TEAM REHAB was made asap
My consultant Michelle, soon decided I had likely twisted a tendon . After just one session of physio my knee felt so much better.
I was advised on an exercise routine and within only a few days I was pretty much back no normal.
I can’t speak highly enough of Team Rehab and am BACKED up by other members of my family who have also enjoyed the benefits of Team Rehab expertise..

I've been using Michelle Pullen's physiotherapy services for many years. Today I visited her at Team Rehab UK's new facility in Brixworth. The care, treatment and expertise I have received from Michelle over the years can only be described as exemplary. Michelle's knowledge is vast and she has helped me with a number of injuries, always with great outcomes. She also fully rehabilitated me following spinal surgery. This is my second time of using Michelle and I can highly recommend her and the practice. Michelle will push you within your limits and challenge you to ensure you are recovering and getting stronger. I broke my femur whilst in Australia and had a huge operation and once I was able to return to the UK Michelle was the specalist I wanted to see and I can honestly say my leg is stronger than it was before with her support!
Anyone who has an injury would be lucky to have her as a physio she is a star!!!

What can I say about Chris… I was in the most excruciating pain I’ve ever been in and was continually calling Osteopaths on a Monday morning desperate to get an appointment on that same day. Close to tears after calling more than 15 people including Chris who when I called and asked if he was an Osteopath his reply was “No sorry I’m a physio” 5 mins later a text message came through saying “although I’m not a physio we do a similar job, give me a call at your convenience if you get stuck” I called in a heartbeat and spoke to Chris whom I’m sure could hear the pain in my voice. Close to tears with relief that I might get some pain relief I booked an appointment for the same day. I won’t go into the treatment but let’s just say his hands and information for medication turned me around to being in manageable pain within 3 days. Communication from Chris during this time and after has continued and I honestly couldn’t recommend his highly enough. Thank you Chris..

Have now had cause to get treatment from TeamRehab twice & both times I was treated by Michelle.

Left elbow was pretty bad & needed a lot of work & it is now 100%. Right elbow flared up with the same condition about a year later & was lucky enough to get referred to Michelle again. Today was my last appointment & both elbows are now A1.

Cannot recommend the treatment I received highly enough. The confidence of being treated by someone who 100% knows what they’re doing & how to fix it is invaluable. As for Michelle herself? She’s awesome & makes you feel very comfortable & like you’re sitting there talking to a mate. I shall miss her.
