Me and my family moved to this practice from another local one. All of the receptionists are really helpful, and make you feel at ease. Every doctor that we have seen, have also been very professional, and friendly. There is no comparison to our previous practice, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Was sceptical about joining having read previous reviews, but decided to anyway as close for my dad,and what a lovely surprise the receptionists were really helpful, cheerful & lovely. They helped so much with my dad, we got an appointment straight away, the doctors was amazing really down to earth & very helpful. I thought the experience was that amazing I am going to move there myself ........well done TBMG 👏👌👏👌 keep up the good work

Receptionists always polite & helpful. I'm having some health issues , Doctor has been thorough & I felt confident with every she had explained to me & left feeling everything was now being covered. Thank you all

Feb 2024.
After listening to a list of options common on many businesses.
I was put into call Q for an appointment.
A further 15min wait. I expected longer.
I was as advised by the receptionist that no appointment was available but that she would check for out of hours availability.
I was then offered an appointment within 7 days of call.
I found the receptionist polite helpful and efficient.

Never ever felt so let down and treated abhorrently. Feel as a worker their policy of making appointment same day is discriminating against workers. Did an E consult to ask for help in sorting health asked for appointment. Cannot get one online, when phoning practice all have gone. If you’re employed are you to ask employer for a day off on the off chance you get an appointment
None one of our family can get a same day appt, I commute 1 hour away for work, My wife leaves home at 0630 and returns at 1830 so can’t do same day, my son is an HGV driver and as been threatened with disciplinary action due to sickness as he can’t arrange an appointment. I was given an out of ours appointment but mentioned I need to discus more than one issue. On arrival Doctor read my E consult and said sorry you have to pick 1 issue to discuss, I have been in pain for months now and still can’t get an appt that Doctor asked me to make.

They are awful receptionists are rude and unhelpful practice manager doesn't answer or deal with complaints instead of treating my problems I get told to call 111 for insomnia the Dr told me to go to a and e lie and say I'm having a mental health crisis so they would sedate me. I can't breathe properly and all I need is a better inhaler for my asthma I've been issued inhaler ms weaker than the one I use that dont help and they keep reissuing the same ones. I've now been told I can have an appointment in the morning. They don't care they refuse to treat you they refuse reasonable adjustments for disabled people they won't let you have an advocate they refuse requests for your medical records. They are just plain awful I have never been let down or treated so badly in my whole life. Absolutely disgusting
